Terms

The terms Certly is supplied on. Read them with the disclaimer and the data-handling declaration, which say what the product does and what it stores.

What you get

Certly stores the certificates you and your suppliers upload, tracks the expiry date recorded against each one, chases suppliers on your thresholds, and exports the status view as a PDF. It is a certificate tracking and reminder system: it does not verify that a document is genuine and it does not guarantee that your site passes an audit. Reviewing each document stays your quality team's decision.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done with them counts as done by you. The supplier records, dates and documents you load stay yours, and the status Certly computes is only as accurate as the dates you record. Upload only documents you are entitled to hold. Delete the account from Settings, Site details whenever you want to; the data-handling declaration says what that removes.

Subscription and payment

A subscription is billed each month in advance through Stripe, at the price shown before you subscribe. Change the plan, update the card or cancel from the billing screen: a cancellation keeps the product running to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is refunded for part of a month. A trial runs in full and ends on its stated day.

Availability and liability

Certly is supplied as it stands. We work to keep it available and to deliver every chase email, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that a supplier's mail server will accept a message. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for a failed audit, a lost contract or other indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
